Secure your appointment

Once you’ve booked, we’ll send a text or email to the contact provided to confirm your appointment. This verifies that you wish to proceed and ensures your spot is reserved.

We come to you and clean your car

We come fully mobile with all tools, water, and power to your location. Following your instructions for key pickup and drop-off, we detail your vehicle. Payment is collected on-site before the job (card, cash, check, Venmo, or Cash App). You’ll receive a text with photos when the job is complete.

How long does a wash take

The time depends on your vehicle and the service you choose:

Standard car wash/detail: 45–60 minutes
SUV or larger vehicle: 60–90 minutes
Premium full interior/exterior detailing: 1–2 hours

As a mobile service, we come to your location and work efficiently to make your vehicle look like new without taking up more of your day than necessary.

Can I reschedule

Yes! You can reschedule your appointment, but please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

We make it easy to adjust your appointment through our online booking system, and you’ll receive a confirmation text once your new date and time are set.

Can I cancel my appointment

Yes, you can cancel your appointment, but please note that we do not allow cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled service.

To cancel, simply use our online booking system or contact us directly. Cancellations made outside the 24-hour window will be fully processed, and you can reschedule at your convenience.

Do I need to be at my vehicle for the appointment

No, you do not need to be present while we detail your vehicle. Our mobile team will arrive at your scheduled location and handle everything professionally.

We just need access to your vehicle (keys if necessary or permission to work on-site). Once the service is complete, we’ll send you a confirmation text and any photos of the finished work if requested.

What if it rains the day of my appointment

If it’s raining or the weather isn’t suitable for detailing, we’ll reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.

We’ll contact you as soon as possible to set a new date and time that works for you. Our goal is to ensure your vehicle gets the best possible results, and weather can affect the quality of certain detailing services.

How should I prepare my vehicle for an appointment

Remove personal items – Please take out valuables or items you don’t want us to handle.
Ensure access – Make sure your vehicle is in a location we can easily reach, like your driveway or parking spot.
Notify us of special concerns – If your vehicle has stains, pet hair, or delicate surfaces, let us know when booking so we can bring the right tools and products.

what is the refund policy

No Refunds After Service Is Completed

Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. If you have any concerns about the quality of your service, please notify us before we leave the job site, and we will do our best to address the issue on the spot.
